Ezra Zucker, Founder and CEO
For 12 years, Mr. Zucker has served as CEO of several companies in the financial services arena, including consumer debt restructuring, healthcare debt collections and patient bankruptcy recovery. As CEO of BiTACH Capital Management, he manages a portfolio of more than $6 Billion in healthcare receivables. In 2002, Mr. Zucker opened P&E Holdings, focused on assisting debtors in a hardship situations needing to restructure their unsecured debt.
Michael Fischberger, COO
Mr. Fischberger has extensive management experience and a proven track record of success in the telecom, hi-tech and Internet sectors. He was COO of IDT Corporation, a Fortune 1000 company listed on the NYSE with annual revenues of $2 billion and 5,000 employees. As COO of Kayote Networks, a start-up which provided VoIP products and managed network services, he developed corporate strategy, compliance protocols and managed day-to-day operations.

Kathleen Anderson, CCO
Mrs. Anderson has helped develop and oversees all of the company’s compliance protocols. She works closely with the CTO & Comptroller.
Zvi Landsman, CTO and BSA Officer
Mr. Landsman has built an automated reporting system and helps train all clients on how to install, operate and manage their own accounts.
Dania Mark, Comptroller
Mrs. Mark runs the company’s accounting operations. In addition to regular financial reports she creates and maintains all budgets.
