Ezra Zucker, Founder and CEO
For 12 years, Mr. Zucker has served as CEO of several companies in the financial services arena, including consumer debt restructuring, healthcare debt collections and patient bankruptcy recovery. As CEO of BiTACH Capital Management, he manages a portfolio of more than $6 Billion in healthcare receivables. In 2002, Mr. Zucker opened P&E Holdings, focused on assisting debtors in a hardship situations needing to restructure their unsecured debt.

Kathleen Anderson, CCO
Mrs. Anderson has helped develop and oversees all of the company’s compliance protocols. She works closely with the CTO & Comptroller.

Zvi Landsman, CTO and BSA Officer
Mr. Landsman has built an automated reporting system and helps train all clients on how to install, operate and manage their own accounts.
